It literally sits between the beautiful Papagayo beaches and the Marina Rubicon. Playa Dorada is about 2 km away.
The advantage of this house in the complex is its large private garden with palm trees and its ideal terrace for relaxing and/or sunbathing or cooking.
The house is a stone's throw from the promenade along the sea, between Marina Rubicon and Las Coloradas and near the supermarket.

La maison de coin est située dans un complexe résidentiel avec une magnifique piscine communale , place de parking privée , près de deux supermarchés et à peine à 10 min à pied de la Marina Rubicon
