Wonderful independant villa with private pool in a nice and quiet, residential complex.
The house is in between the beautifulMarina Rubicon with its shops, bars and restaurantsand the stunning Papagayo beaches. You can observe the mountains Los Ajaches (protected area by Unesco). A Spanish supermarket as well as an English one are at 900m from the villa. The master bedroom upstairs has its own terrace where you can observe mountains, ocean and some stunning sunsets.
The house offers 2 rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), 2 bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), air conditioning, living room, kitchen and two terraces : onecovered and one not, it also hasa barbecue area.
The villa has parking placeson the street, near to the complex (the parking belongs to the complex).
