Charming Marina villa, just 10 minutes walk from the Marina Rúbicon and 200 m from the promenade next to the ocean in a quiet urbanization with a large and with a beautiful and large community pool. A HiperDino supermarket and an English Overseas store are barely 200 meters from the house. The accommodation is located between the magnificent Papagayo beaches and the Marina Rubicon. Playa Dorada beach is about 2 km away. Villa Marina is located in a residence where tranquility is prized. The house also has a private parking space. There is WiFi and a smart tv. You can, if you wish, also use the air conditioning/heating, a system with coin mechanism is at your disposal. Aircos are in both bedrooms. There is also a small space with a desk in the hallway between the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor if you want to do some home working.
