There are three bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms. There is also a veranda with the dining table. The veranda is pleasant both in summer and in winter. From the living room and veranda you have a view of the swimming pool. There is also a barbecue area.The residence is fenced. In the surroundings you will find the magnificent Papagayo beaches. The Marina Rubicon, known for its restaurants, shops and bars is about 2 km away and Playa Dorada more or less 4 km. There are two supermarkets (one Spanish and one English) 900m away. The house also has WiFi, a smart TV and a private parking space.
