The residence has superb gardens and a large collective swimming pool with sun loungers where you can enjoy peace and quiet.
Facing south, the house consists of a private garden and a large terrace equipped with deckchairs, a table and chairs for your meals as well as a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of a pergola.
Its interior space has a comfortable lounge area, an equipped kitchen with its dining area.It has a walk-in shower room, a separate toilet and a large bedroom with, for restful sleep, a king size bed (2x90x200).
A dishwasher, a washing machine, a smart TV, Wi-Fi complete everything for your comfort.
300 m from Playa Flamingo, its restaurants, bars, shops, buses, car rental, bicycles... and less than a kilometer from the heart of Playa Blanca.
Animals are not allowed within the complex.

Brilliant
Casita Jade has been prepared for guests with love. It is beautifully presented and has everything that a visitor to Playa Blanca could need. The accommodation is really well located and within easy walking distance of the centre, beds are very comfortable and it is so clean. Would highly recommend.

Parfait pour décrocher
Après être tombé sous le charme de Lanzarote en 2022, nous voilà revenus en mai 2023 à Casita Jade. Casita Jade est idéalement située. A proximité immédiate de playa Famigo, du port, de nombreux commerces, vous profitez de tout sans aucune nuisance grâce à sa localisation au sein d’une résidence calme avec piscine. Une fois le contexte posé, on découvre ce charmant logement intégralement refait en 2023. Le niveau de confort est très élevé. La décoration très soignée a été faite avec beaucoup de goût. L’esprit cocooning vous enlace dès l’arrivée sur la terrasse. L’équipement de la cuisine nous a surpris par son exhaustivité. Il y a même un lave-vaisselle ! La décoration est vraiment superbe et s’allie au fonctionnel de l’espace. Nous reviendrons en 2024 !
Absolument parfait !
Nous rentrons d'un séjour de 15 jours à Casita Jade et sommes ravis !!! Parfaite rénovation de cette maison répondant avec charme, classe, fonctionnalité pour des vacances en toute quiétude. Les équipements font que l'on se sent comme chez soi (++ pour machine à laver, lave-vaisselle et wifi !). La maison est parfaitement décorée. terrasse sans vis à vis ( à part les palmiers !) Et la tranquillité de la petite résidence sécurisée, avec la piscine sont un grand plus. La proximité des commerces, de Playa Flamingo, des restaurants sont très appréciables également. Le stationnement s'effectue sans aucune difficulté ! Un séjour à recommander et avec, déjà, l'envie d'y retourner très vite !
